Holker was a part of the closing and opening ceremony in Earth, Wind and Fire during The Olympic Games, 2002. She also performed in the Disney's High School Musical 2 and High School Musical. The actress has appeared in commercials, and made it to the Top 8 of the second season of So You Think You Can Dance. Additionally she was a part of the SYTYCD national tour. Louis Van Amstel created a dance program called Ballroom with a Twist. On the PBS Special Tried and True, she was a part of the show along with Holker as well as Clay Aiken (American Idol Clay Aiken). Holker was featured on the Christina Perri music video Jar of Hearts. Holker was seen dancing with Demi Lovato in the back in the fall of September and October of 2011. Holker is also an instructor at workshops, dance conventions and conventions across the country.
